🏥 1. Service Agreement
NurseOnClick provides professional home nursing services in Delhi NCR. By booking an appointment, you agree that our nurses will deliver care as per the selected service only. Any additional service must be requested and confirmed separately.
📅 2. Appointment & Availability
Appointments are subject to nurse availability. We will confirm your booking via WhatsApp within 1–2 hours of receiving your request. NurseOnClick reserves the right to reschedule in case of unavailability, with prior intimation.
💰 3. Fees & Payment
Service charges will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Payment must be made before or at the time of service. Prices may vary depending on the type of service, duration, and location within Delhi NCR.
❌ 4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment time may attract a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
🔒 5. Privacy & Data Use
The personal information you provide (name, phone, address) will be used solely for appointment booking and service delivery. Your data will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
⚕️ 6. Medical Disclaimer
NurseOnClick provides supportive nursing care at home. Our services do not replace consultation with a licensed physician or emergency medical treatment. In case of a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (112) immediately.
⚠️ 7. Limitation of Liability
NurseOnClick shall not be held liable for any adverse outcomes arising from pre-existing medical conditions, inaccurate information provided by the patient or guardian, or failure to follow the nurse's instructions.
✅ 8. Patient Responsibility
The patient or guardian must provide accurate health information before the visit. A safe and hygienic environment must be ensured for the nurse. Any allergies, ongoing medications, or doctor instructions must be informed in advance.
